In human development competency, displaying the skills of deep listening, powerful questioning, providing/receiving feedback carries significance. I perform workshops to leaders to facilitate their gaining these skills and become aware of their leadership styles. I support them in designing action plans concerning their development areas. I carry out follow up discussions to assess their implementation of action plans. I accompany them in their path to transition from traditional managers to leaders.
