Relationship coach supports two team leaders to revise the conditions of their relationship by exploring different points of view and to act together for a common goal.

Relationship nestles conflict in its nature. Conflict is an opportunity for emergence of creative solutions and new ideas. When the intensity and form of the conflict becomes unconstructive, it begins to impair the organization. Just at this point, I give relationship coaching to reinstate the basis for collaboration. I facilitate clean communication and mutual trust once more  between your two employees. Thus, they revise the conditions of their relationship by evaluating different points of view and act together for a common goal.
