Team Coaching for Performance and Change Management
I facilitate team coaching to support the transformation of business teams as the leaders of your organization are transformed. I perform team coaching to management teams, division and department teams, units which are teams or aim to be teams, to increase their team consciousness and belonging so that they become integrated with the organization’s strategy and vision, be able to transform in times of organizational changes, to neutralize any unfavorable aspect- if exists- in their system, to strengthen internal communication, to receive awareness about their present performance and productivity, to create and implement action plans for development and the culture of receiving and providing feedback.
As the team members become aware of their present standpoint relating to goals, they take initiative to implement their action plans with respect to improvement. With their collective productive force, they transform differences into richness and productivity. When the team members can establish a strong connection with their values and dreams and the team and organizational goals, their belongingness to the team and the organization increases. The factor that facilitates these gains and provides breathing space to the organization is the feedback providing/receiving culture.
